Orders

What is 'subscribe and save'?

If you want to regularly receive a product then simply select ‘subscribe and save’ along with the frequency you would like it to be delivered to you and receive 10% off the price. What’s more is we’ll send out your products on your preferred intervals and take payment automatically. You just need to sit back and wait to receive your chosen products.

There is no minimum subscription term and you can cancel your subscription at any time in the ‘my account’ section of the site with no questions asked.

How do I return a product?
  • Begin by contacting us
  • If you would like to return an item for whatever reason, you can return it to us within 30 days in its original condition for a hassle-free refund.
  • If on delivery you find that the items have become damaged, contact us as soon as possible.
  • When we receive the returned items, you will be notified and contacted when your refund has been processed.
  • Your will be refunded using the same payment method you used when purchasing.

To make sure that we successfully receive the item that you are returning, we advise you to use a traceable delivery method, so that you can track your sent item.

 

How do I cancel or amend my order?
All orders will are prepared or dispatched within 24 hours by our team (all orders placed on Fridays, weekends and public holidays dispatched within 24 hours after the next working day).
If for any reason you wish to cancel or make a change to your order we advise that you contact us as soon as you can (Opening hours are 8am to 6pm, Mon-Fri). We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or changed before it is dispatched. If you have placed an order in error and we cannot stop it being dispatched, we will arrange a free-return and refund for any unwanted product(s).

 

 

How much is delivery?

Delivery on all products is free to addresses in the UK.

We also offer delivery to countries in the EU for a flat rate of £4.99

How can I pay for my order?
We offer a variety of online payment methods that you can use to purchase your great quality vitamins and supplements. We accept the following: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Maestro and GooglePay. You’ll be able to choose your payment method when you checkout.

 

 

Where is my order?
We are operating as normal but deliveries may experience delays of 2-3 days due to the current COVID-19 situation impacting our delivery providers. Overseas orders may experience longer delays. Your order will have been dispatched up to 48hrs after you placed your order and we would ask that you wait 2-3 days for the order to arrive.
In the unlikely event that  you have still not received your order within the timeframe above, please contact us with your order number and we will look into this for you.

Where are New Leaf products manufactured?
    New Leaf is a British company and we ensure all of our Vitamins & Supplements are manufactured in the UK to GMP Standards.
    Where do you source your ingredients?
    Our raw materials are sourced internationally, to strict pharmaceutical or food grade standards. We strive to continually source the best, highest quality ingredients.
    What are GMP Standards?
    Good manufacturing practice (GMP) is the minimum standard that a supplements manufacturer must meet in their production processes.

    Products must:

    • Be of consistent high quality
    • Be appropriate to their intended use
    • Meet the requirements of the marketing authorisation (MA) or product specification

    Do you cater for different dietary requirements?

    Yes!

    The majority of our products are vegan friendly and some are suitable for those on dairy free and gluten free diets. Please check each product to see if they are suitable for your requirements.

    Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
    We have removed cartons across the majority of our products and our bottles are fully recyclable.
    We continue to explore the use of more eco-friendly bottles for future products to protect the environment.
