Beauty From Within

Beauty From Within

You can own every serum on the shelf and still feel like something's missing. That's not a marketing problem, it's a biology one. Skin and hair are both living tissue, built and rebuilt from nutrients you actually take in, not just what you dab on top. "Beauty from within" has turned into a bit of a throwaway phrase, but the idea underneath it holds up: some of this genuinely starts on the inside.

This isn't about binning your skincare. It's about filling in the bit most routines miss entirely.

The Skin

Hyaluronic acid is everywhere in skincare right now, and for good reason, it occurs naturally in skin, where it helps hold onto moisture. Collagen is the other half of the skin story, the structural protein that gives skin its firmness, and it naturally declines as we get older.
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, which is exactly why the two are so often mentioned together.
Our Collagen Gummies are a genuinely easy way to build that into a daily habit, no capsules, no powder in your smoothie, just something you'd actually remember to take.

The Hair

Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin, and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. If hair has felt thinner, slower-growing or just more prone to breaking lately, it's one of the more sensibly evidenced places to start.

The Everyday Fats

Pumpkin seed oil doesn't get nearly the attention collagen and biotin do, which is a shame, because it's a genuinely useful source of fatty acids and zinc. Our Pumpkin Seed Oil Capsules are a fuss-free way to include it in your routine.

Which One Do You Actually Need?

If this feels like you... Start by looking at...
Skin that feels dry or tight no matter what you put on it Hyaluronic Acid
Wanting an easy, tasty way to support skin structure over time Collagen Gummies
Hair feeling thinner, slower-growing or more brittle than usual Biotin
Looking for a simple daily top-up of good fats Pumpkin Seed Oil

None of these replace a genuinely balanced diet, proper hydration or sleep, all of which show up on skin and hair faster than any supplement will. And if you notice sudden or significant changes to your skin or hair, that's a conversation for your GP or a dermatologist, not something to self-manage with capsules.

Does hyaluronic acid work as well taken as a supplement as it does in skincare

There's no authorised UK health claim for hyaluronic acid taken orally, so we can't promise it does the same job as a topical product. It's simply a popular ingredient that many people like including from both directions.

How long before biotin makes a difference to hair?

Hair grows slowly, so most people take a genuinely consistent approach, several weeks at minimum, before judging whether it's helped. It's a "keep going" addition, not a quick fix.

Any reasons why I can't take these?

If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, check with your GP or pharmacist before adding anything new.

Will supplements replace my skincare routine?

No, and we wouldn't want them to. Topical products and ingested nutrients do different jobs. Think of these as filling in what skincare alone can't reach, not a replacement for it.
