Orders & Delivery
How do I return a product?
If you’d like to return your order for any reason, just get in touch with our support team here. You have 30 days from when you receive your order to send it back in its original condition and we’ll refund you. If your item arrived damaged, let us know right away so we can sort it out for you. Once we’ve received the return and processed the refund, you’ll get the money back using the same payment method you used to pay. You can contact us support@new-leaf-products.com
Can I cancel or change my order?
As we aim to deliver orders within 2 days we package and label orders very quickly which means we’re unable to cancel, change or update the shipping address of your order, but we’ll help you return it once it arrives. Just contact support as soon as possible here and we'll be here to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro) as well as Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You’ll see all available options at checkout.
Where’s my order?
Most orders are sent out within 48 hours of being placed. We aim to deliver your order with 2 business days in the UK. If there is a delay in you receiving your order please reach out to us here with your order number and we’ll track it down for you.
Can I see my order history?
Absolutely! If you’ve created an account, just log in to view your past orders. If you’re unable to find a past order, our support team here will be here to help

Do you cater to different diets?

Are your gummies vegan and halal?
