How do I return a product?
- Begin by contacting us
- If you would like to return an item for whatever reason, you can return it to us within 30 days in its original condition for a hassle-free refund.
- If on delivery you find that the items have become damaged, contact us as soon as possible.
- When we receive the returned items, you will be notified and contacted when your refund has been processed.
- Your will be refunded using the same payment method you used when purchasing.
To make sure that we successfully receive the item that you are returning, we advise you to use a traceable delivery method, so that you can track your sent item.
An item is missing from my order
Please contact us if you think that an item is missing from your order. We will need your order number to investigate the issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible to send the missing items to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Depending on your card issuer and bank, refunds can take 2-3 working days.
I'm returning an item from overseas, when will it reach you?
It always takes a little longer for international deliveries to get to the UK, so please allow up to 21 working days for your delivery to get back to us. It’s important you use a traceable postal service so that you can track your return at all times.
